HOW HARMAN TRAVELS GOES ABOUT TO MEET THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL FOR DEVELOPMENT ABROAD!

Our process for developing Labour resources is based on most scientific and refined approach, to meet and cope up with the challenge that arise out of short time and maintenance of highest standard for the selection of quality workers. The procedure adopted for taping up the competent workers is summarized as under:
  • The: Press Advertisement: -

  • Advertisement of Principal's demand with prior permission of the protector of immigrants through publication in leading newspapers and preparation of list of the prospective candidate that strictly comply with the conditions of the demand and to meet the requirements of the principals, accordingly.

  • The: Data Bank: -

  • On reviewing our data bank record, re-contacting the prospective candidates who strictly meet the job description and specification of demand in hand. Harman Travels has comprehensive database of more than 10,000 well qualified and skilled manpower categorized by the field they belong.

  • The: Field Staff: -
  • In case of any specialized and specific demands, the search is executed through our field force. As such, we are always in search of suitable and competent workers at various project's sites - scattered throughout India.
SCREENING STAFF - QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE AND SCREENING METHOD - HOW IT IS HANDLED

We have engaged highly proficient, qualified and most experienced personnel at our office for interviewing and screening of the prospective candidates. Our panel of screening personnel, interviews the prospective candidates at Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad and other major cities across India. The short listed candidates are put to trade test trial, the same day in the afternoon, under the direct supervision of our screening staff. Besides we arrange the final screening of the short listed candidates at most reputed and approved Govt. Tech Institutions in order to meet the requirements of a demand, effectively.
PERMISSION FROM THE PROTECTORATE OF EMIGRANTS
The documents received from the employer are submitted to the protector of emigrants for necessary registration / permission.
  • PRESS ADVERTISEMENT: -

  • Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through leading newspapers, to attract large number of candidates against the demand received.


  • INTERVIEW CALLS: -

  • On evaluation of the application received, short listing of the deserving candidates is initiated and call letter issued for provisional interview and trade test etc.

  • FINAL SELECTION: -

  • The short listed candidates are then required to appear before the selection board. Thereafter the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individuals overall performance.

  • MEDICAL TEST: -

  • The finally selected candidates are required to appear before the medical board comprising of highly competent specialists/doctors for conducting full medical check up duly approved by the GCC / and the consulate of the employers country.

  • FINAL DEPARTURE: -

  • On receiving the Visa of the selected candidates, from the sponsor, the necessary formalities like immigration, flight bookings etc. are completed and the candidates are thus departed.
